today's trainin aint much.... just recap on belay calls... techniques n stuff...
strted PT but aint much too... just 3 sets of push-ups n crunches...

but gonna do e full PT nxt wk!

after training... had trainin of my own....n gary gave me sum trainin for endurance...

got home @ 12am...

nothing much...but im like super tired n my body like aching all over frm ytd's ascend...

i kinda like wanna play truant during break... i feel like juz wanna go home... n to not attend the rest of e class...

ct was boring as usual...
went to gym to sleep for awhile during the ct break...
got late to class but well.. whu cares anywaes...

so tired...got home straight after school...
